The Experience
I have a mostly documentary approach to my wedding photography. Being slightly on the introverted side, I' am a natural observer so catching those sneaky in-between candid moments are my speciality. I want you to be fully present with each other and your guests on your wedding day allowing the events of the day to naturally unfold while I am on the sidelines capturing it all & you are experiencing it all with your guests!
For portraits I like to use movement and will give you a series of prompts &. suggestions to create real interactions, emotions & expressions between you and your partner. When I do pose I do so in a very natural, casual way. I try to avoid the stiff awkward stare right at the camera type of shots.
The Process
01.
Consultation
If you feel we might be a good fit to work together, we start things off by getting to know each other over a video call where we will discuss your vision for your wedding day . From there to proceed to booking with me I will get a contract ready for you and a 25% retainer fee will be due to secure your date!
02.
Engagement Session
Depending on which amount of coverage you choose there may be a complimentary engagement session included. This is a great time for us to meet & get comfortable with each other before the big day. Also think of it as a practice day for being in front of the camera so come the day of you will know what to expect and be complete pros!
03.
Wedding Day!
The day is finally here! By this point we will have everything in place and your only job is to enjoy the celebrations with each other, your friends & family! I will be there documenting it all from the big moments to the small with sneaky candids, family formals, natural "posed" portraits into the fun party time shots on the dance floor!
04.
Gallery delivery
I know you will be excited to relive this amazing day so I will deliver a "sneak peek" gallery within the first week of your wedding date. From here you can expect your full gallery within 12 weeks. Everything is delivered via a private password protected online gallery with easy downloading & sharing options.
